It was the first car to leave the starting line at 9:01pm on May 1st and the last car to cross the finish line 22 hours, 10 minutes and 2 seconds later the next day. For those wondering, drivers Domenico Stragliotto and Adolfo Montroio came in 177th place , but at least they finished the race. Also notable, Porsche entered a 550 Spyder in the race driven by Hans Herrmann, who famously drove the Porsche Spyder under a lowered train signal, beating an express train by seconds.

3 Isettas raced that Mille Miglia. At least one of them still exists. The driver, too.
A lot of microcars raced in those days since real race cars were expensive after the war. There were many small displacement divisions.
